If there was ever a gear of the century selection made today, the Optimus Nova would be way up there. Chosen Gear of the Year '01 by Backpacker Magazine, this versatile, highly efficient, and nearly indestructible multifuel stove primes fast, cranks out the heat, and (gasp!) even simmers.



I'm actually still firming up my decision to sell my stove, but maybe any of you can make a good offer to make up my mind.
